COB MAROC is looking for a Commercial Sourcing and Prospection Team Leader to join their team in Rabat.

The Role:
COB MAROC is looking for a Commercial Sourcing and Prospection Team Leader to join their team in Rabat.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager and joining a small team, the Team Leader will be responsible of:
- Managing and developing the sourcing/prospection team,
- Keeping the suppliers database updated,
- Tracking the entire process,
- Fulfilling quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Perform regular reporting of the activity to the Commercial manager,
Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified, ideally in commercial field or equivalent experience with at least 2 years experience.
- Successful performance requires the following skills:
- Curiosity and determination,
- Adaptability,
- Team player,
- English language B2 level at least,
- Previous experience in B2B trade is an advantage.
