Quality Production Engineer

Principal activities
Monitoring and improving the quality indicators of the segment for which he is
responsible
Manage and monitor the evolution of quality indicators related to the segment (internal
PPM, scrap rate, cost of internal quality, number of customer complaints, etc.)
The implementation and respect of quality standards applicable to Hirschmann
Monitor and audit the segment (Level 2 and 1 audit process …) in order to detect any
non-conformities and participate in the coordination and closure of associated actions.
The good management of the team of quality inspectors
Implementing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness within the segment
The animation of top internal faults (and critical faults) by the segment.

Product Development Engineer
Job Requirements
Engineer degree in Mechanical engineering.
First experience or internship in automotive industry (max 1 year).
Good skills in plastic injection.
Strong knowledge of design and CAD drawings of plastic components using CATIA V5.
Knowledge of quality tools: APQP, PPAP, 8D,FMEA
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Fluent English
Principal activities
Produce detailed designs and CAD drawings for plastic components in collaboration
with process teams and meeting customer requirements.
Define the product validation tests and follow up the results with the laboratory.
Leading the project from a product point of view from the RQP phase to the SOP
following APQP.
Leading the feasibility studies for the new projects as well as for changes during the
different phases of the project.
Participation/leading of the internal and external meetings.
