- Ensure the feasibility, costing and application of different changes requested
- Animate internal meeting to introduce changes and MYC
- Ensure the changes management / RFR’s for the running Ford Projects.
- Participate in different audit: external and internal
Engineering Manager
To be a success in this role you must have

- Automotive experience is needed
