Acceleate Rabat is looking for Experimented React Native Developers and a Experimented React Native Project Manager to join the recently built engineering function at Acceleate Rabat. This is an exciting opportunity to learn cutting edge, and dynamic technology built to let thousands of users manage their finance in a cost-efficient way.
The positions will give you the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues with a variety of skills, collaborating closely with internal business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a product experience that aims to exceed Acceleate’s Azur user expectations.
Experimented React Native Developers
What you will be doing:
- You will help to maintain, improve and develop our variety of products, primarily front, designed to help thousands of users managing their finance.
- You will learn to solve problems, to become a skilled engineer, and we will support you during that journey.
- You will be in charge of writing the technical specifications, developing and monitoring the project(s) until they are put into production.
- You will work closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs.
- You will continuously explore new technologies that will delight the user experience of Azur customers to be at the forefront of a rapidly changing digital environment.
What you need to be successful:
Your Background
- You have 4+ years of commercial experience of a wide range of best of breed open source and commercial technologies (Core JavaScript, React and React-Native, Redux).
- You have previously functioned within a cross-functional team and demonstrated effective collaboration with visual and UX designers.
Your Hard Skills
- You are familiar with React-native best practices surrounding state management, component design and functional programming paradigms.
- You bring good understanding of Redux.
- Verry Good Knowledge of API Based application development, using Rest API and micro services
- You take ownership of what you are working on, feel responsible for it and are able to deliver results in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without constant supervision.
- You are decisive, hands-on and have a bias towards action.

Experimented React Native Project Manager
- You will manage a team of 5 to 10 developers to maintain, improve and develop our variety of products, primarily front, designed to help thousands of users managing their finance.
- You will help them to learn to solve problems, to become skilled engineers.
- You will be in charge of helping the team writing the technical specifications, developing and monitoring the project(s) until they are put into production.
- You will work closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs.
- You will continuously explore new technologies that will delight the user experience of Azur customers to be at the forefront of a rapidly changing digital environment.
What you need to be successful:
Your Background
- You have 7+ years of commercial experience of a wide range of best of breed open source and commercial technologies (Core JavaScript, React and React-Native, Redux).
- You have previously functioned within a cross-functional team and demonstrated effective collaboration with visual and UX designers.
- You have 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, with good knowledge of CDD practices
- Extensive experience on Mobile development and deployment of iOS and Android applications.
Your Hard Skills
- You are familiar with React-native best practices surrounding state management, component design and functional programming paradigms.
- You bring good understanding of Redux.
- Verry Good Knowledge of API Based application development, using Rest API and micro services
- You take ownership of what you are working on, feel responsible for it and are able to deliver results in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without constant supervision.
- You are decisive, hands-on and have a bias towards action.
