Contrôle des procédures d’exécution des entreprises et les assiste dans leurs élaborations ;
Coordonne et assure le suivi des travaux sur le projet ;
Gère les interfaces entre les différents corps de métiers ;
Contrôle la conformité des travaux avec les derniers plans et les cahiers de charges ;
Participe et/ou anime les réunions techniques ou de coordination;
Assiste durant la planification des activités des différents corps d’état ;
Assure le suivi du planning et rend compte du respect des engagements des contractants;
Anticipe les aléas du chantier et proposer des solutions, afin de respecter le planning du projet ;
Contrôle les attachements intermédiaires et finales des entreprises ;
Pilote le processus de mise en service des installations ;
Assure le suivi des anomalies, essais et piloter la levée des réserves,
Assure le suivi des réceptions des travaux ;
Veille au respect des procédures et standards HSE de JESA sur nos chantiers.

MBA or equivalent
Tertiary Engineering qualifications
At least 15 years’ experience in Cost Control, Planning or Estimating of multi-disciplined projects
Ideally EPC, EPCM experience across a broad range of projects
Relevant experience in Project Control
MS Excel & Project, Cost Software, Primavera etc.
Keeps up to date with the best practice in the field of Project Controls

2-4 years of progressive work experience in the civil engineering field is required
BS or MS in Civil Engineering is required
Knowledge of advanced civil engineering techniques is required and ability to interface with other disciplines on projects is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
AutoCAD proficiency is required
EIT or PE certificate is preferred and eligible to sit for PE exam within 18 months
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
Civil 3D and LEED experience preferred

This position requires a minimum of 20 years of experience as a Project Manager or project related experience.
A BS or MS degree is required, and a professional registration or license is preferred.
Multi-office and multi-cultural execution of projects.
Ability to meet Moroccan age restrictions.
French speaking preferred.

Oversees the engineering activity (all disciplines) on a small project, or designated portions of a project for a global business unit
Plans and directs engineering assignments on the project
Have technical responsibilities for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating these assignments
Supervises the engineering activity on a relative small size project or designated portions of a larger project
May exercise operational supervision over other project engineers when in a designated lead position
Demonstrated strong knowledge of industry standards and design criteria within the engineering industry
Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and practices
Proficient knowledge of project engineering processes and procedures
Proficient execution planning skills
Strong in organizing and managing complex engineering activities
Working knowledge of project control systems
Working knowledge of the EPC business and TIC estimating processes
Knowledge of proposals and bid processes
Understands engineering estimate basis
Understands contractual requirements for the project

BS or MS in an Engineering field with a minimum of 6 years’ of related experience in engineering (Piping or Process preferred)
Professional Engineering certification in related discipline preferred
Process Industry experience id preferred

Development, fostering and management of client relationships; however, the role may require this individual to focus on managing multidiscipline engineering teams in the development of design deliverables.
This individual may have responsibility for management and contract performance across multiple disciplines on small or midsized projects or technical performance management responsibilities on larger projects.
Technical experience, an ability to coordinate and lead design efforts while meeting schedule and budget targets is key to success.
Business acumen, solid leadership and organizational skills will serve this individual well in larger project settings and be a catalyst for growth opportunities.
Mentor and train less experienced staff

Responsible for the basic and detailed engineering designs for metallurgical sulphuric acid plant, including wet gas cleaning and industrial water treatment sections
Responsible for preparation of PFD’s, P&ID’s, and equipment data sheets for metallurgical sulphuric acid plant, including wet gas cleaning and industrial water treatment facilities
Lead Process Engineer responsible for a feasibility study for the addition of a sulphur furnace to increase autothermal condition of the plant
Responsible to monitoring the progress of the H2SO4 technology provider in USA for the expansion of the existing metallurgical H2SO4 plant
Lead Process Engineer responsible for the pre-feasibility study to increase the production rate of a sulphuric acid plant
Lead Process Engineer responsible for the technical evaluation of the bids
Engineer responsible for the conceptual design of the water treatment system

BS or MS in an Engineering field with a minimum of 6 years’ of related experience in engineering (Control Systems or Electrical preferred)
Professional Engineering certification in related discipline preferred
Refinery work experience is preferred
